About the Department

The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 2009 and offers one undergraduate programme. The department is highly reputed for producing eminent engineers as professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs.

The department has strong industry-institute collaboration with companies such as Gmmco Ltd., Ultratech Cements Ltd., Adani Mining Ltd., BILT Graphic & Papers Ltd., Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Pvt. Ltd., and Steel Force Pvt. Ltd. The department has recently developed a unique "Design-To-Make Center" providing facilities for new product development to foster entrepreneurship.
